Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the planning, direction, management, and control of all manufacturing operations on the site. It also involves managing and directing all manufacturing functions in accordance with Company policies and procedures to continuously improve in the areas of profitability, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and employee morale.
Qualification & Experience:
BA/BS degree in engineering or manufacturing (mechanical engineering preferred); Advanced degree a plus.
10+ years of experience managing a manufacturing operation.
